Purchases Are Non-Refundable.
Eligibility for Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange:
The exchange request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
The product or service must meet the conditions described below.
Proof of purchase may be required.
The item must not contain liquid. Moon Mist items are not exchangeable.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or defective due to shipping agency handling. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Physical Products
If you purchased a physical product, you may request an exchange if:
The item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the product.
It does not contain liquid. Moon Mist items are not exchangeable.
Damaged or Lost Items
In the event that purchased items were damaged or lost during shipping transit, please let me know as soon as possible so a claim can be established with the shipping carrier. You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged goods and additional information regarding the lost or damaged goods for claim purposes. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
